Our Mission

The mission of EXChange AI is to bring real-world impact to adult education by empowering educators and trainers to integrate artificial intelligence into their teaching practices. The project meets the digital transformation needs of today’s adult education sector through innovative training, open-access digital resources, and transnational cooperation.

The EXChange AI partnership unites expert organizations from Bulgaria, Germany, and Italy. This transnational team brings together diverse skills in digital innovation and adult education, fostering meaningful collaboration at the European level.

EXChange AI is an Erasmus+ initiative designed to develop and share AI skills for adult education professionals. The project delivers tailored AI training modules, a dynamic digital platform with self-learning tools, and immersive “learning expeditions” focused on the latest AI applications in real-world educational settings.

AI Transformation playbook

The AI Transformation Playbook for Adult Education is a practical guide for NGOs, training providers and adult education organisations that want to bring their learning content into the AI era. It explains how AI can support course design, learner engagement, content adaptation and organisational innovation. The Playbook gives educators and project teams a clear starting point for using AI responsibly, creatively and effectively in adult learning contexts.
